It is to remind to the lead partners that by the deadline of the 17th January 2012 only the documentation hereunder listed may be sent in scanned copies or per fax:

 

• Letter of intent and co-financing of the Lead Partner duly signed and stamped by the legal representative of the Lead Partner of the proposed project – Annex B – doc 4;

 

• Letters of intent and co-financing of partner/s duly signed and stamped by the legal representative of each participating partner of the proposed project – Annex B – doc 3;

 

• Statute of the Organization (for entities/organisations that are not public entities);

 

• Last two approved budgets of the organization (for entities/organisations that are not public entities);

 

• Letter of intent of private Maltese partner, duly signed and stamped by the legal representative of the private partner participating in the proposed project – Annex B – doc 6 (in the event of participation of private partners;

 

• Letter of co-financing of private Maltese partner, duly signed and stamped by the legal representative of the public Maltese partner who will guarantee the participation of the private partner Annex B – doc 7 (in the event of participation of private partners);

 

• De MINIMIS declaration duly signed and stamped by the legal representative of the private economic operator requesting the contribution – Annex B – doc 8 (in the event of participation of private partners);

 

In line with the call for strategic projects the originals of the above listed documents must then reach the MA by not later than fifteen (15) days from the expiry date of the Call for project proposals. Failure to comply with this procedure will result in the exclusion of the proposal.
